Get in some relaxing self-care time by joining my 90min Yin Yoga Christmas Special before the last of the Christmas dash truly kicks in! It includes: -a short tutorial on how to make a homemade bolster (You will need to bring with you a large bath towel, a pillow, a tie or bathrobe tie, a blanket & a couple of cushions for this) -a little voice work with mantra, -some gentle breath work, -a delicious mindfulness exercise, -a gentle warm up before moving into some yin yoga postures supported where needed, -a guided meditation time & a deep relaxation at the end of the class as we allow ourselves to fill up our hearts. There will be a short time til 8.15pm afterwards for a mingle with mince pies & mulled juice if you choose. As ever it will take place in the beautiful surroundings of The Circle. Please arrive 5mins before the class to meet with others & acquaint yourself with the space. There is usually plenty of parking in the car park & on the Main Street in front of the building. This session is suitable for beginners with some yoga experience & more experienced practitioners. To participate in this session please bring with you: a large bath towel, a plump pillow, a tie or bathrobe tie, a blanket, a couple of cushions, your own mat, & I highly recommend a warm top & thick socks as this is not a particularly heating yoga practice & your body will naturally cool during the evening. I do have some mats & items required on hand for those newer to the practice but not lots, so please enquire & let me know if you need one.
