ANNIET:YOGA
Frequently Asked Questions
No Question Too Small
Which of your classes is best suited for me?
All ANNIET:YOGA classes are designed to accommodate for beginners & those with more experience. This means that you can come along and try out any sessions.
If you feel the need for a class more tailored to your specific needs then please enquire about Private Sessions.
How can I book a private class?
If you are a complete beginner & class settings bamboozle you, or you have a specific health requirement that makes group classes difficult, or perhaps you want to extend your practice to the next level. If this describes you then perhaps a private or smaller group setting would be better suited to your needs allowing you to learn at a different pace & get more out of your classes. Enquire about availability by making contact through the Contact Section on the Homepage.
What do I wear for yoga?
My classes encourage a relaxed atmosphere, so wear clothes that you are comfortable to move about in. Some like to wear sports clothing, others simply something loose & comfortable - either are entirely fine.
II would also recommend you bring a warm comfortable jumper & thick socks for the relaxation at the end of each session.
